Ingredients: 2lbs Skirt Steak
10 Limes
4 Garlic Cloves
1tsp Salt
1 Large bunch of spring onions (8 to 12)
16 Corn Tortillas
Instructions: Start with a small bowl
1.Mince the garlic and add to the bowl
2. Squeeze the juice from 8 limes into the bowl. I just squeezed about 4 tbsp of lime juice into the bowl. I did not measure it.
3. Add the salt and mix with a fork Trim the steak of any excess silver membrane
4. Place the skirt steak in a tray and pour half of the marinade over it
5. Flip the skirt steak over and pour in the other half of the marinade
6. Allow the meat to marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator
7. Bring the steak to room temperature before grilling
8. Once the meat is marinated, start the charcoal or gas grill
9. Once the grill has reached the close to 500 degrees, place the meat onto the grill for 7-8 minutes per side
